Details: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting Managers to manage all operational facets of relationships with retailers and distributors. This role is pivotal to help the client and its retail partners achieve optimal business results by ensuring the right product, gets to the right places at the right times with maximum efficiency.
